Twenty-six years ago my life changed. I stopped smoking, lost 20 lbs. and found a love for running. My life has never been the same since…

 As an avid runner for the past 26 years, a duathlete and triathlete for the past 15 years, I have a true passion for health and fitness. My passion led to Certification as a Personal Trainer (CI-CPT), Certified SPIN Instructor and the desire to work with individuals who are motivated (interested) in learning to lead a healthy lifestyle. My philosophy is to gear a program for each individual (as everyone’s level is different), to provide ongoing guidance and support and to “push” you to the next level, while at the same time having fun!

  • Completed more than one hundred 5k/10k/half marathons
  • Completed numerous Marathons
  • Completed 70.3 (Half Ironman) Augusta
  • Avid Road Cyclist, completed several Century Rides and numerous Group/Rallies
  • Nationally Ranked for Triathlon
  • Nationally Ranked and Invite to 2013 Duathlon Nationals (Tucson AZ)

RATES (In Person if local):

$55 per session (60 min) – Individual

$45 per session (60 min) – two persons (per person)

$40 per session (60 min)  - three persons (per person)

$35 per session (60 min) – four persons (per person)

4 weeks (2x week) – $360 ($45 per session)

4 weeks (3x week) -  $480 ($40 per session)

 

Online Only Rates:


$50 initially set up ( one hour consultation and goal setting)

$200 per month includes weekly workouts (gym/cardio) emailed, nutrition review (via logs), nutritional tips. Includes weekly email to discuss progress.
